Role Impact

The Production Artist supports the Marketing Production team in delivering high-quality print, digital, and social creative assets for the U.S. market. This role ensures all materials are produced accurately, on brand, and on schedule. Success is defined by precision in file setup, efficient management of revisions, and flawless final mechanical preparation prior to release.

• Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Art Director and Marketing Production team to execute print, social media, web, and packaging deliverables

• Manage projects from initial file setup through revision cycles and final mechanical production, ensuring compliance with brand standards and file specifications

• Develop new marketing materials and update existing assets to maintain accuracy, consistency, and alignment with evolving business needs

• Assemble presentation documents and toolkits; manage asset uploads and organization within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system

• Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Graphics, Advertising Art, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience producing print and digital artwork, supported by a professional portfolio

• Proficiency in Macintosh (Mac OS) environment with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

• Core Tools & Systems

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting product packaging production
