Preferred Requirements: - Assist with all stages of detailed assessment, including bills, points of dispute/reply, and hearings.
- Support costs management processes, such as Precedent H, R, T and budgeting.
- Prepare N260s and schedules of costs.
- Contribute to settlement strategy and client advice.
- Collaborate with fee earners and ensure compliance with procedural rules.
