With over 150M+ followers and billions of monthly views, we operate a growing network of brands across news, entertainment, sport, money, lifestyle and more. We’re now looking for a Content & Brand Lead to define, build, and scale DMG New Media itself - shaping how we show up, what we create, and how we’re understood internally and externally.   About The Role This is a central, high-impact role focused on: Building the DMG New Media brand Creating standout content about the business, creators, and work Owning how we present ourselves to the world - across social, PR, and industry You’ll sit across everything - working with leadership, creators, and commercial teams - to turn DMG New Media into a recognisable, culturally relevant media brand in its own right.   Main Responsibilities   Build the DMG New Media Brand Define and evolve the identity, voice, and positioning of DMG New Media Shape how we talk about what we do - internally and externally Ensure consistency across all touchpoints (social, decks, PR, partnerships) Turn DMG New Media into a distinct, ownable brand in the industry   Content About the Business Lead the creation of high-quality, social-first content about DMG New Media Develop formats that showcase: The building of the business Our creators and talent Behind-the-scenes of campaigns and formats Industry insight and perspective Build a consistent content engine (e.g. weekly formats, series, drops) Social Presence & Distribution Own DMG New Media’s owned social channels and presence Define platform strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) Drive growth, engagement, and relevance across audiences (industry + consumer) Ensure content feels native, high-quality, and culturally sharp Creator & Internal Collaboration Work closely with creators and internal teams to bring the brand to life Identify opportunities to use talent to tell the story of the business Collaborate across editorial, commercial, and strategy teams Act as a connector across the organisation to ensure alignment Person Specification Strong instinct for brand building in a social-first world Experience creating content that cuts through on platforms Ability to translate complex businesses into simple, compelling narratives Comfortable working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams Deep understanding of creator culture and modern media Fast, proactive, and highly creative
