This is an exciting opportunity to lead a friendly, well-established small animal team in Cheshire, where you’ll enjoy a varied caseload, excellent facilities, and strong clinical support within a collaborative environment.</p> <h3>🌟 The Opportunity</h3> <p>You’ll be a key member of the team, providing high-quality, compassionate care to local pets and their families. The role is suited to a vet with solid GP experience, ideally with an interest in medicine or imaging. You’ll lead by example, supporting your team to deliver excellent clinical outcomes and outstanding client service.</p> <p><strong>Rota:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>4 x 9-hour days per week (average 39-hour week)</p> <li> <p>1 in 4 weekends (Saturday &amp; Sunday)</p> <li> <p>No OOH or on-call work</p> </ul> <p><strong>Typical vet shift times:</strong> 8am–5pm | 9am–6pm | 10am–7pm | 11am–8pm<br /> <strong>Consults:</strong> 15 minutes for sick pets, 10 minutes for vaccines</p> <h3>🏥 About the Practice</h3> <p>The clinic is modern, purpose-built, and well-equipped with:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Biochemistry, haematology, urinalysis &amp; microscopy</p> <li> <p>Digital X-ray &amp; dental X-ray</p> <li> <p>Ultrasound &amp; orthopaedic equipment</p> <li> <p>Dedicated imaging and dental suites</p> <li> <p>6 consult rooms, 2 theatres</p> </ul> <p>You’ll be supported by a team of 3 Vets and 5 RVNs, all passionate about pet health and welfare.
