<p><strong>Roles and responsibilities include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate all unique care delivered to this home’s residents.</li>
<li>Administer medication as prescribed, with proper monitoring procedures being followed.</li>
<li>To liaise with residents, staff, GPs, and other multi-disciplinary team members to promote quality care.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Active NMC registration (Registered General Nurse)</li>
<li>Ideally 1+ year post-qualification experience</li>
<li>Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)</li>
