emerging technologies, and competitive trends to guide strategic direction </span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif">Develop strategic growth plans with segment roadmaps for targeted non-automotive sectors (e.g., building and construction, sporting goods, industrial, marine, medical equipment, infrastructure, aerospace, defense etc.).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif">Support corporate development initiatives, including market scanning, target identification, and due diligence for partnerships or M&amp;A.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif">Collaborate with finance and legal teams for business case modeling, strategic alignment analysis, and integration planning for new projects.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif">Act as a liaison between commercial teams and R&amp;D to ensure customer feedback influences corporate development efforts</span></p> <p><span the progress and results of all business intelligence projects in the Americas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif">Update all corporate development, business intelligence, and 'Arial',sans-serif"> </span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or chemistry</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif">Master’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, or Finance</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif">Relevant experience in strategy, marketing, or business development, especially in advanced materials, chemicals, or manufacturing</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif">Experience in one or more of the following industries: Aerospace, Industrial, or Sporting Goods</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif">Thorough understanding of adhesives, sealants, composites, or related engineered materials</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif">Proven success in non-automotive markets such as building and construction, sporting goods, or aerospace</span></p> <p><span
