Start ASAP in March/April 2026.</p> <p>Working with a global IT Consultancy helping a Telecoms client modernize it&#039;s network operations, unify inventory systems + accelerate digital transformation with ServiceNow:</p> <p>Key skills, experience + tasks:</p> <ul> <li><em>ServiceNow Architect</em> needed to define, design + implement a large-scale<em> Telecommunications Network Inventory</em> (TNI) solution on the ServiceNow platform.</li> <li>In-depth ServiceNow + TNI architecture expertise, including hands-on experience of Telecoms Inventory Models.</li> <li><em>Telecoms Network Inventory </em>(TNI) expertise including: rack design, capacity, equipment modeling + fibre/circuit mapping/provisioning.</li> <li>Strong ServiceNow Telecom ecosystem expertise including: TNI, CMDB, Discovery, Service Operations, ITOM, CSM, FSM/FSL.</li> <li>Designing integrations between ServiceNow and OSS/BSS systems, data modelling for Telecoms network equipment, network topologies, logical circuits, racks, capacity + Telecoms topology.</li> <li>Working closely with Enterprise Architects, network engineers, business leaders + key stakeholders to build scalable, AI enabled + future ready telecom operations.</li> <li>Advantageous: ServiceNow AI features, Predictive Intelligence, Automation Engine, AIOps, AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud, Microservices, enterprise integration patterns,&nbsp;pre-sales, estimation + solution shaping for Telecom RFPs.</li> <li>ServiceNow Certifications preferred: Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD).</li> <li>Benefits: &pound;90k-100k (DOE) + 25 days holiday (plus BHs) + Hybrid Working + Pension + Health Care + More.</li> </ul>
