<p>We are working with a growing and forward-thinking business in Cheltenham that is looking to bring on a Graduate Business Development Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their career who wants to develop within a commercial, people-focused role with genuine long-term progression.</p>
<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>This role sits within the commercial team and focuses on generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with prospective clients.</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Identifying and researching prospective businesses and key decision makers</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Conducting outreach via LinkedIn, email and other channels to introduce the company and its services</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Building relationships with prospective clients and arranging meetings</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Presenting the company’s services in a confident and engaging way</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Supporting the wider sales team with developing and progressing opportunities</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintaining accurate records of outreach and activity within the CRM system</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<ul>

<p>Recent graduate (any degree considered)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Competitive, driven and motivated to succeed</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Naturally personable with strong communication skills</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Confident reaching out to new people and starting conversations</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Organised, proactive and keen to learn</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Interested in developing a career within sales or business development</p>
