Our client, one of the largest, most prestigious law firms in the United States, has an immediate need for an experienced, Banking Associate Attorney, to join our winning team in Chicago.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
- General debt finance experience, including drafting and negotiating commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements and other loan documents.
- UCC experience as well as general corporate experience.
- High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience preferred
