A thriving, fresh-food restaurant in Exeter is looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead their kitchen. With a focus on quality, made-from-scratch dishes, you’ll have the chance to take the reins and drive the team to success in a busy, energetic setting.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage kitchen operations, ensuring excellent food standards.
Lead a dedicated team, training and developing your brigade.
Oversee stock management, kitchen cleanliness, and safety compliance.
Deliver a consistent, high-quality fresh menu.
