The company delivers essential repair, maintenance and refurbishment services, working closely with housing providers and public sector partners to maintain and improve residential properties.
About you
Previous experience in an administrative or planning role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional and proactive approach to work
Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Strong communication and coordination skills when dealing with multiple stakeholders
Ability to problem-solve and manage scheduling challenges in a fast-paced environment
What you'll do
Schedule and coordinate engineers' appointments using internal planning systems
Manage workflow to ensure tasks are completed within client timescales and KPIs
Optimise engineer routes to maximise productivity and efficiency
Process job variations and arrange follow-up appointments when required
Liaise with operatives, supervisors and customers to support smooth project delivery
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and maintain accurate administrative records
Ensure scheduling processes meet company quality standards and procedures
