About the Role

<p style="margin: 0px;">PURPOSE STATEMENT:<br />Plan, direct or coordinate one or more administrative or operational services of the facility.</p><br><p style="margin: 0px;">ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<br />• Establish goals and objectives of the administrative support staff of the facility.<br />• Evaluate workflow and reallocate resources and/or redesign processes to meet office needs and high<br />level of customer service.<br />• Responsible for administrative and clerical procedures and processes.<br />• Provide administrative supervision, guidance and feedback to clerical and/or receptionist staff to<br />facilitate smooth operations of the facility while maintaining appropriate coverage, scheduling and<br />training.<br />• Provide staff management to include hiring, development, training, performance management and<br />communication to ensure effective and efficient department operation.<br />• Ensure compliance with accrediting and regulatory requirements.<br />• Prepare operational reports showing progress or status.<br />• Monitor facilities and/or operational systems for effectiveness.<br />• Supervise operations of the facility administrative support staff, ensuring compliance with policies and<br />procedures.<br />OTHER FUNCTIONS:<br />• Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.</p><br><p style="margin: 0px;">EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:<br />• Associates degree required.
