A fast-growing international food brand is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Brand Manager to join its expanding marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing innovative food products to market from concept through to launch.

Working across both B2B and consumer channels, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end product development projects while collaborating closely with suppliers, designers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders. The role would suit someone who combines creativity with strong project management skills and has a genuine passion for food, culture, and consumer trends.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in shaping the future product pipeline, identifying market opportunities, and helping deliver exciting new launches into the UK market. This is a hands-on position with broad exposure across product development, branding, packaging, and cross-functional coordination.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead new product development projects from concept through to launch
  • Coordinate with international suppliers, agencies, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery
  • Support packaging development and product branding initiatives
  • Identify market trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for innovation
  • Manage timelines, samples, product information, and project documentation
  • Support wider marketing and brand activity where required
  • Build strong working relationships across commercial, technical, and operational teams

About You

  • Previous experience within Brand Management, Product Management, Project Management, or NPD
  • Food or FMCG experience would be highly advantageous
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Commercially aware with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Passion for food, innovation, and consumer trends
  • Comfortable working within an international business environment
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Additional language skills are beneficial but not essential
