Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work in a supportive primary school in North Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled HLTA looking to take on additional responsibility and play a key role in supporting teaching and learning.
Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Providing whole-class cover across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Leading targeted interventions to raise pupil attainment
Supporting pupils with SEN and additional needs
Assisting with planning, preparation and assessment
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Hold HLTA status or an equivalent qualification
Have recent experience within a UK primary school
Be confident leading a class independently
Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills
Be flexible, proactive and reliable
