Nursery Practitioner

A prestigious private Nursery based in Putney is looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join its supportive team. This is a great opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join a warm, nurturing, and forward-thinking early years setting that prides itself on delivering exceptional standards of care and education.

As a Nursery Nurse Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting the health, wellbeing, and development of children aged 0–5 years. Working as part of a close-knit and professional team, you will ensure a safe, stimulating, and caring environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and early years support in line with EYFS standards
• Monitor and support children’s health, development, and emotional wellbeing
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding procedures are upheld
• Contribute to a creative and engaging learning environment

About You

• Qualified Nurse Practitioner or equivalent childcare/early years qualification
• Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development
• Compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
