<p><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">You’ll be part of a <strong>core operations team</strong>, supporting the movement of goods across international markets while learning from experienced professionals.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">This is a genuine <strong>entry-level role with clear progression</strong>. You’ll gain hands-on experience from day one, starting with the fundamentals and developing into a more autonomous role as your skills grow.</span></p>

<li><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">Preparing and checking shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">Supporting container bookings with shipping lines and hauliers</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">Monitoring shipment schedules, deadlines, and deliveries</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">Coordinating with suppliers, depots, and customers</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">Communicating with clients and partners to provide updates and resolve queries</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">Supporting the team in identifying issues and improving processes</span></li>

<h3><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px"><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></span></h3>

<li><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">A <strong>degree (2:1 or above)</strong> in any discipline or logistics operational experience – 1 year </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">Strong communication and organisational skills</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">Good working knowledge of <strong>Microsoft Office</strong> (Excel, Word, Outlook)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">Ability to work in a <strong>fast-paced environment</strong> and manage priorities</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Calibri;font-size: 14px">A genuine interest in logistics and a clear motivation for applying</span></li>
