About the Role
<div><h2>We are hiring an experienced <b>CRA II</b> to join our <b>sponsor‑dedicated team in Poland</b>. In this role, you’ll work exclusively with one sponsor, gaining deep study knowledge and long‑term project ownership, with strong opportunities for career growth.<br /> </h2><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Perform site monitoring activities (initiation, routine monitoring, and close‑out visits)</li><li>Manage clinical sites in line with project plans, SOPs, and regulatory requirements</li><li>Ensure patient safety, data quality, and audit readiness</li><li>Review CRFs, perform source data verification, and resolve queries</li><li>Track and follow up on <b>Serious Adverse Events (SAEs)</b></li><li>Prepare accurate monitoring and trip reports</li><li>Support feasibility, QC visits, investigator recruitment, and regulatory submissions</li><li>Collaborate with sponsors, investigators, and internal teams</li><li>Support training and mentoring of new team members<br /> </li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>University degree in <b>Life Sciences</b> or <b>Nursing</b></li><li><b>Minimum 2 years</b> of independent monitoring experience in Pharma/CRO</li><li>Experience in <b>interventional studies</b></li><li>Strong knowledge of <b>SAE reporting</b></li><li>Oncology experience is a plus (or willingness to work in Oncology)</li><li><b>Fluent English and Polish</b><br /> </li></ul><h3>Why join?</h3><ul><li>Dedicated to <b>one sponsor</b></li><li>Exposure to complex, international studies</li><li>Clear <b>career progression</b></li><li>Supportive and collaborative team environment</li></ul></div><p></p><p><span>Learn more about our </span><a href="https://careers.fortrea.com/us/en/eeo-and-accommodations" target="_blank">EEO & Accommodations request here</a><span>.</span></p>
