We are recruiting for Multiple Resident Services Associate to join the front-of-house team within Build to Rent (BTR) and Co Living development in London. As a Resident Services Associate, you will support the Resident Manager in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the building and delivering an outstanding customer experience—from move-in through to move-out. This is a highly resident-facing role, ideal for someone who is passionate about service, proactive in their approach, and thrives in a fast paced, community focused environment.
Location: London
Salary: up to £33,000 per annum + Bonus
Key Responsibilities
n- Act as the front-of-house ambassador, delivering an exceptional customer experience and serving as the first point of contact for residents and visitors from move-in to move-out.
- Manage resident enquiries, issues, and requests efficiently, coordinating with internal teams and third-party contractors and escalating complex matters when required.
- Coordinate building operations including move-ins, move-outs, apartment inspections, maintenance access, and ensuring homes remain lease-ready.
- Carry out regular building and apartment inspections to maintain high standards of presentation, safety, and compliance with Health & Safety and Fire Safety requirements.
- Support resident engagement, community events, and commercial initiatives while building strong resident relationships to encourage satisfaction, renewals, and referrals.

What We’re Looking For:
n- Experience working within Hospitality, Property, Build to Rent, Student Accommodation or Co-Living
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping people.
- Professional, approachable, and confident, with the ability to build rapport easily.
- Well-organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.
- A team player who takes ownership and shows initiative.
- Good computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A basic understanding of building operations and Health & Safety requirements.
- Previous experience in hospitality, residential, or customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
