Pizza Cook

Night Owl Pizza & Drinks in South Scottsdale is hiring experienced pizza cooks for nighttime availability. We’re looking for seasoned cooks with 3 years of relevant work experience and at least 2 years of pizza or burger production. We require a sense of urgency, excellent communication skills, and an ability to stay organized and calm. Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas and burgers to Night Owl standards in a high-volume environment Operate and maintain kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, and dough presses Follow portioning and presentation guidelines consistently Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep and cook stations throughout service Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are met Assist with prep tasks and restocking between shifts Communicate clearly with teammates and management during service Contribute to a positive kitchen culture based on teamwork and mutual respect Skills & Qualifications Availability for at least 3 shifts per week Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Experience in high-volume kitchens strongly preferred Ability to work quickly, cleanly, and as part of a team 3 years of kitchen experience with 2yrs of pizza experience Benefits $18–$22hr base pay Set schedules and evening shifts only Meal and beverage discounts plus shift meal provided Health, dental, and vision benefits for full-time staff Opportunities for advancement as we grow Work in a high-energy, music-filled kitchen with a passionate team
