About the Role
A growing commercial fit-out contractor is looking to bring in a Mechanical Site Manager to support delivery across a busy portfolio of projects. This is a hands-on role where you'll be on site day-to-day, making sure everything runs smoothly and stays on track. What you'll be doing: Managing day-to-day mechanical works on site Supervising subcontractors and maintaining safe working practices Monitoring progress and keeping works aligned with programme Coordinating with other trades and the wider project team Maintaining quality and resolving issues as they arise What's appealing about this role: Consistent flow of projects - good stability Exposure to modern, high-spec office fit-outs Clear progression into Construction Manager roles A supportive, experienced team environment What they're looking for: Experience as a Mechanical Site Manager or Supervisor Background in commercial fit-out or similar sectors Good understanding of mechanical systems and installations Organised, proactive approach on site Strong communication skills with trades and management
