<p><strong>Test Development Engineer –  Hybrid / Essex &#8211; ££ Competitive. </strong>A Test Development Engineer with a proven understanding of electronic hardware and experience of developing Automated Test Equipment in a production environment will take responsibility for developing and supporting ATE systems for an established Technology Company, a Global leader in Embedded Computing products. Hybrid working and generous salary package on offer.</p> <p><strong>The Test Development Engineer will bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A formal Electronic Engineering qualification.</li> <li>Proven understanding of electronic hardware.</li> <li>Commercial experience developing Automated Test Equipment in a production environment.</li> <li>Proficiency with test instrumentation and test automation tools.</li> <li>Experience with DFT, BIST and diagnostic firmware features.</li> <li>Experience collaborating with software ATE developers to build integrated test platforms.</li> </ul> <p>Exposure to the following would also be highly beneficial:  Embedded Computing systems, Manufacturing processes such as SMT, assembly or AOI; experience with environmental testing and the ability to design simple custom electronics for test fixtures.</p> <p>Applications are sought from Test Development Engineers with several years’ experience of working within an electronic manufacturing environment, ideally related to a high-reliability industries such as Aerospace, Defence or Industrial Computing.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
