WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS <ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Deliver a white-glove application run service, meeting SLAs while ensuring excellent customer experience within agreed budgetary frameworks.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Take end to end ownership of operational outcomes, proactively identifying risks and driving continuous service and performance improvements.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Provide technical delivery for assigned customers in Italy and across the EMEA region.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Lead incident and problem resolution, including health checks, root cause analysis, and optimization of OpenText solution operations and performance.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Act as a key escalation point for complex issues, coordinating with internal teams to deliver sustainable and high-quality outcomes. </li></ul>WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED <ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Degree in Computer Science (or comparable long-term IT experience) with 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical support or consulting for OpenText applications </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Strong expertise in server environments (Windows, Linux) and databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server) </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Working knowledge of web application servers (IIS, Tomcat), scripting/programming, and basic tool development </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">ITIL certification with proven ability to independently assess issues, identify optimization opportunities, and own solutions end to end </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Exposure to cloud, AI technologies, containerization, and Kubernetes is a strong advantage </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Ability to mentor junior consultants and collaborate effectively across technical and customer-facing teams </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Fluent Italian and English language skills (additional languages a plus) with EU citizenship required (Italian citizenship is an advantage)</li></ul> ONE LAST THING: OpenText is more than just a corporation; it's a global community where trust is foundational, the bar is raised, and outcomes are owned.
