Responsibilities
Answer customer questions regarding products and services
Manage customer records and accounts
Resolve customer problems and complaints
Process customer orders and follow-up with departments to ensure on-time delivery
Assist with billing and financial customer accounts
Requirements
Associate’s Degree or higher is preferred
Experience working in a Manufacturing/Industrial environment
