Pharma Nord is looking for a Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to join our US team in Lawrenceville, NJ. Our office is home to a small and dedicated team working in sales, marketing, and administration, and we are looking for someone who can take responsibility for daily warehouse and shipping operations. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys creating order and structure, managing inventory, and ensuring that customer and Amazon orders are packed and shipped accurately and on time. As a small and growing office, the right person will play an important role in supporting efficient warehouse operations as order volume continues to grow. This is a part-time leading into full-time position located in Lawrenceville, NJ 08648. Key Responsibilities - Pack and ship webshop and Amazon orders - Receive and organize incoming shipments from the factory - Maintain stock organization and perform regular inventory counts - Prepare and pack shipments to Amazon Fulfillment Centers (FBA) - Help maintain an organized, efficient warehouse workspace - Support scaling of warehouse operations as order volume grows - Assist with occasional practical tasks that help keep the office running smoothly Qualifications We welcome candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse work, inventory management, or a similar operational role. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple warehouse tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Experience with e-commerce fulfillment, shipping software, or Amazon shipments is considered an advantage. You should enjoy working in a small team environment where responsibilities can vary and where collaboration across the office is part of daily work.
