Top 3 Evaluation Criteria:
1. Significant Public Sector Procurement experience (5+ years)
2. Facility Management (FM) or Works experience
3. Has led/delivered procurement projects in a highly regulated, complex, environment.
Essential Requirements:
• MCIPS or working towards
• Significant Public Sector Procurement experience (5+ years)
• Supplier Relationship skills
• Facility Management (FM) or Works experience
• Not necessarily heavy construction but definitely FM.
• NEC Experience or at least a good understanding of how it operates
• Good working knowledge of how a contract operates
• Must have led/delivered procurement projects in a highly regulated, complex, environment.
o Project is in Procurement stage - Needs analysis stage to contract stage
• Need someone with real ‘doing’ experience.
