LPN | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Morgantown WV 26508 – 100% On-site On-call duties may be required.
- Coverage area Monongalia, Preston, Wetzel, Grant, Tucker
- Payrate: $37.30 per hour weekly pay
- Required Availability: Full-Time | | Monday – Friday, Day shift - benchmark of 32 points per week.(Occasional weekend rotation required)
LPN | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide care for clients following the client's plan of care while maintaining dignity and independence.
- Monitor client's vital statistics and report abnormal findings.
- Administer medications, feedings, and oxygen as needed per the client's plan of care.
- Complete routines established by other care professionals, ensuring infection control policies are maintained.
- Accurately document nursing actions and communicate appropriate information regarding care given.
- Order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate amounts are on hand.
LPN | REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Nursing License in the Practicing State.
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program or accredited School of Vocational Nursing.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- Preferred: Homecare Homebase (HCHB), Home health experience
