They’re investing heavily in systems, structure, and strategy — and this is your chance to play a leading role in that journey.</p> <p>If you’ve got the drive, leadership, and motivation to step into a high-impact position, this could be the one.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leading the production of monthly management and statutory accounts</li> <li>Managing cash flow, treasury, and liquidity across the group</li> <li>Overseeing group audits and acting as key contact for auditors</li> <li>Driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activity</li> <li>Supporting systems development and process improvements</li> <li>Managing VAT and tax submissions with external advisors</li> <li>Mentoring and developing the finance team</li> <li>Providing financial insight and challenge to the CFO and wider board</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You:</strong></p> <ul> <li>ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified</li> <li>Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience in group reporting</li> <li>Confident managing cash and audit processes</li> <li>Highly experienced in financial modelling and forecasting</li> <li>Experienced leading teams and building processes</li> <li>Adaptable, proactive, and ready to take ownership</li> <li>Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth business preferred</li> </ul> <p>If you’re ready for a senior role with real progression, influence and a voice at the top table, this is a rare opportunity to fast-track your career within a dynamic, ambitious business.</p> <p><strong>Apply today or contact Harry at Blusource Recruitment on 0115 981 6075 for a confidential chat.</strong></p>
