Cover Supervisor Lincoln

About the role:

We are looking for an organised, confident, and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join a Secondary school in Lincoln from September 2026. This is a full-time role and will be on long-term supply with the potential of becoming permanent.

The school are an ambitious and well thought-of Secondary School on the outer skirts of Lincoln City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes across KS3 and KS4 during teacher absence
• Deliver pre-set work and ensure pupils understanding
• Maintain a calm, safe, and productive classroom environment
• Pastoral responsibilities may be included

Pre-requisites:

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Experience working with young people (school-based or transferable)
• Degree, Level 3 qualification, or relevant experience desirable
• Ability to provide 2 education or school based references
