About the Role

Growing IT / Network solutions provider is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect join their team near Cirencester. As a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect you'll work across pre-sales, solution design and delivery, collaborating closely with customers to understand what they need and transform that into practical, value-driven solutions using our technology portfolio. You'll support the sales team during pre-sales by running customer meetings, whiteboard sessions, workshops, and presentations, as well as producing written responses such as RFIs, Statements of Work, and solution designs. You'll design and present solutions across a range of networking, compute and storage technologies, often delivering demos and presentations either independently or alongside vendor partners. You'll also provide consultancy to customers, helping shape solutions that fit their environment, managing sales-generated helpdesk tickets and producing Bills of Materials that feed directly into customer quotes. Clear documentation is key, including high and low level designs to support smooth handover to delivery teams. Beyond customer work, you'll help shape the technology strategy by championing compute and storage solutions, evaluating new vendors and technologies, contributing to marketing content, and helping onboard new products through training and sales enablement material. Location: You'll join a friendly and talented team in the office near Cirencester or travel to client sites (expensed). About you: You have strong technical networking knowledge including a strong understanding of vendor technologies from HPE, Dell, Pure, Juniper, Cisco, Arista, Nokia and others - ideally you will hold a HPE certification You have successful experience in delivering Pre-Sales to prospect customers and designing solutions or services that meet requirements and deliver on expectations You have an understanding of orchestration and management platforms such as Juniper Apstra You're collaborative and pragmatic, able to form strong working relationships and become a trusted advisor You're motivated to win business and exceed targets
