About the Role

NXP China Rewards team manages compensation and benefits programs that succeed in attracting and retaining employees. We love to work as a team to find comprehensive and innovative solutions to complex situations. We are looking for a student intern to assist with the execution of local benefits programs and to support various Global Rewards projects. Responsibilities: Coordinate logistics for benefits program communication sessions and trainings, and support the preparation of communication materials as needed. Assist in designing engaging promotional materials (e.g., emails, posters, health newsletters) to enhance employee awareness of benefits programs and wellbeing initiatives. Support the day‑to‑day administration of benefits programs and contribute to the annual renewal process. Partner with site HR teams to arrange and execute on‑site wellbeing activities. Maintain and continuously improve the Country Rewards SharePoint site to ensure content accuracy and user-friendly navigation. Provide support in the implementation of various Global Rewards projects. Requirements: Second- or third‑year undergraduate student, or first- or second‑year master’s student. Majors in Human Resources Management, Psychology, English Literature, or Business Administration are preferred. Fluent in both written and spoken English is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good command of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong logical thinking and analytical capabilities are preferred.
