HH Staffing/Scheduling Coord

Location: Home Health - Fort Worth Department: Equipment & Supplies-FW Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: The Home Health Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for staffing personnel for home health visits, clinics, hospitals, camps, office. Coordinates scheduling needs for new /ongoing clinical patients. Performs visit encounter batching, ticket delivery confirmation, and submits batches daily. Qualifications: High school or equivalent degree. Minimum experience of one to two years office experience. Fields of expertise in healthcare staffing or placement services. Skills including ability to prioritize work, good telephone etiquette, minimal computer use, interviewing, maintaining logs, filing systems and appointments, calculator, fax and copier. Ability to interact with people. Good communication skills.
