Assembly Technician

Job Title: Assembly & Manufacturing Technician Location: Mira Mar Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Wage: $18–$22/hour Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assembly & Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform assembly tasks following documented procedures, ensure product quality, and collaborate effectively with team members in a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities: Assembly and Manufacturing: Follow verbal and written procedures to perform assembly tasks, ensuring components are assembled accurately and products meet quality standards. Tool Proficiency: Use hand tools and small power drill drivers according to established procedures, with strong attention to detail and precision. Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet production goals efficiently. Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area. Qualifications: Experience: 1+ years of assembly and/or manufacturing experience preferred. Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on accuracy in assembly and documentation. Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Basic knowledge of electronic wiring preferred. Comfortable using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, and light-duty power tools. Computer Literacy: Ability to follow procedures and instructions in PDF documents. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and independent work. Required Skills: Proficient in English (read, write, and speak). Experience using standard tools (screwdriver, wrench, pliers, electric drill, light-duty power tools). Ability to read and follow instruction manuals in English. Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist in other areas of the company as needed.
