Für unsere neu gegründete HD Titan GmbH suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Strategische Einkäufer (m/w/d) in mehreren technischen Warengruppen: Mechatronische und elektrische Baugruppen Elektronik und Steuerungssysteme Antriebstechnik Mechanisch bearbeitete Teile und Oberflächenbehandlung Blechteile und Kunststoffteile Wir richten uns sowohl an erfahrene Purchasing Professionals/Experts als auch an Berufseinsteiger, die sich gezielt zum Strategischen Einkäufer entwickeln möchten. Ihre Aufgaben: Kontinuierliche Analyse des globalen Beschaffungsmarktes; Ableitung strategischer Beschaffungsempfehlungen und Identifikation neuer Potenziale Sicherstellung einer leistungsfähigen internationalen Lieferantenbasis unter Berücksichtigung regulatorischer Vorgaben Evaluation, Auswahl, Qualifizierung und strategische Weiterentwicklung von Lieferanten Durchführung von Ausschreibungen sowie Kosten‑ und Wertanalysen inkl. TCO‑Betrachtung sowie Verhandlung und Abschluss von Rahmenvereinbarungen Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Produktion, Vertrieb und kundenbezogenen Funktionen Mitarbeit in Beschaffungs‑, Logistik-, Herstellkosten- und Entwicklungsprojekten Unsere Anforderungen: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder ein vergleichbares technisches Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kenntnissen Erfahrung in einer global agierenden Einkaufsorganisation bzw. im Umfeld des Supply‑Chain‑Managements Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen strategisch zu durchdringen, strukturiert aufzubereiten und umzusetzen Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sowie souveräner Umgang mit IT‑Tools (u. a. non‑SAP‑Beschaffungssysteme) Integrität sowie die grundsätzliche Bereitschaft, sich – abhängig von der jeweiligen Sicherheitsstufe – regelmäßig einer persönlichen Überprüfung zu unterziehen Why work for HEIDELBERG?
