If you are looking for a place with multi-sector deal exposure and eventually owning a client vertical, this may be for you. </p> <p>What are people saying about this company? </p> <p>• Great place for entrepreneurial Investment Bankers to get deal reps, learn directory from seasoned MDs and develop client relationships from a early stage in their careers<br /> • Collaborative approach where everyone works well together as a team while having an atypical work life balance in Investment Banking<br /> • A rewarding aspect of working within the middle markets</p> <p>Title: Investment Banking – Associate<br /> Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 + Bonus<br /> Location: Stamford / Hartford CT (Hybrid)</p> <p>Responsibilities:<br /> • Work alongside the Investment Banking team, senior Bankers and juniors alike<br /> • Focus on execution of M&amp;A deals<br /> • Conduct research, stay up to date on the Industrials/Consumer market trends and M&amp;A activity<br /> • Make industry connections to ultimately develop a book of business in the low middle market ($100mn-$200mn)<br /> • Create Financial Models, pitch/marketing material, presentations<br /> • Perform financial analysis of companies<br /> • Engage in the due diligence of deals</p> <p>Requirements:<br /> • BA/BS with a major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field<br /> • Anywhere between 2-4 years of Investment Banking experience, past Internships will be considered<br /> • Industrials Investment Banking experience is a plus, ideally in the Aerospace &amp; Defense sectors, any other sub sectors of Industrials is also desirable such as Industrials Technology, Logistics &amp; Transportation, Building Products and Government Services<br /> • Excellent written and verbal communication skills<br /> • Hunger and ambition to contribute to a growing platform<br /> • Strong interpersonal, communications, listening skills and business acumen<br /> • Able to work on multiple projects at once,<br /> • Strong drive and worth ethic to get it done<br /> • Relevant Investment Banking licenses such as Series 79, Series 63, Series 7 or the ability to obtain them soon after receiving an offer</p>
