Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing and maintaining exceptional communication with their clients and internal colleagues.
• Supporting the processing of all customer orders into planned jobs.
• Providing administrative support of the planned schedule and material availability.
• Generating system paperwork such as job cards for production instructions and any other instructions that may be relevant such as spreadsheets for accurate and efficient production.
• Retrieving matrix prices and estimate costs.
We are keen to speak with candidates with experience of managing key client accounts gained within the print industry, however, applicants with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service will also be considered.
