Your job.
In this role, you’ll contribute to a range of public IT tenders and ensure that processes in the pre‑sales and tender phase are set up and executed correctly.
You act as a key link between the Bechtle NL Tender Desk, your sales colleagues and the customer. It’s up to you to make sure all required information is complete and delivered on time.
You navigate the organisation with ease, connecting teams and keeping communication flowing.
When customer challenges arise, you develop creative, workable solutions and go that extra step—always with the interests of all parties in mind.
Part of your work involves analysing tender documents and coordinating with vendors to determine the best pricing strategy. When needed, you negotiate with vendors and services partners to secure the best outcome.
Your expertise shapes the discussions within the tender team.
During the pre‑sales phase, you advise the customer on how to position a tender effectively, and in the award phase you join the bid manager and business developer to present ARP’s offering.
Once a tender is awarded, you ensure a smooth handover to colleagues in sales and project management.
Your profile.
You have a university degree or comparable professional experience.
Some experience as a Tender Coordinator is an advantage, though not required—starters are welcome to apply.
An interest in IT hardware would be beneficial.
Strong Dutch and English communication skills, both spoken and written, are essential.
You are available to work at least 40 hours per week, although 32 hours can be discussed.
Thinking tactically and strategically about the best tender approach comes naturally to you, and you have the commercial insight needed for a winning submission.
Working with deadlines doesn’t faze you, and you know when and how to adjust if plans shift.
You are analytical, structured, quality‑driven and proactive.
Long texts don’t intimidate you—you’re happy to dive into detailed documents, and you also enjoy working through scenarios in Excel when needed.
