About the Role
Cabinetworks Group is looking ahead to fill multiple Production Worker / General Laborer positions on all shifts at our cabinet manufacturing facility in Waconia, MN.
Waconia is a friendly small town located in the Twin Cities metro area, just west of Minneapolis, near Eden Prairie, Chanhassen, Chaska, Victoria, Excelsior, Shakopee, Cologne, and Norwood Young America. Waconia is easily accessible via US Route 212 from the south or via Minnesota State Highway 7 from the north; Minnesota State Highway 5 runs right through our beautiful town!
We offer a competitive base pay of $15 – $19 per hour (depending on the position) with a generous shift differential!
No experience, no problem! We are happy to train the right people with the right attitude.
Shift times vary but are generally:
2nd – 11:45 am – 8:15 pm ($1 per hour shift differential)
3rd – 3 am – 11:30 am ($2 per hour shift differential)
Responsibilities of the Production Worker / General Laborer may include:
Build cabinetry and components
Work with team members using all available equipment (drill, nail gun, etc.).
Read production ticket specifications.
Maintain production and quality standards.
Follow all safety rules and work instructions.
Perform all duties in a safe manner.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience for the Production Worker / General Laborer:
Ability to read a tape measure and use it effectively or willingness and ability to learn
Must have great teamwork and communication skills.
Must have excellent work ethics
Physical Demands and Hazards of the Production Worker / General Laborer:
MEDIUM – Exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.
NOISE – Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds. Employer provided hearing and eye protection is required.
EQUIPMENT USED – Includes air-powered tools (sanders, drills, nail & staple guns) and other power tools (portable sanders, saws, drills, etc.).
