Property Groundskeeper

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Property Groundskeeper to help maintain clean, attractive, and well-kept residential or commercial properties. In this role, you will perform landscaping, cleanup, and general grounds maintenance to ensure properties remain safe and visually appealing. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in maintaining beautiful spaces.

Duties:

• Perform routine grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging
• Remove trash, debris, and maintain clean outdoor common areas
• Assist with planting, watering, and seasonal landscaping tasks
• Sweep walkways, parking lots, and entry areas as needed
• Inspect grounds for safety hazards or maintenance concerns
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain organized work areas and follow all safety procedures
