Automotive Fleet Site Administrator

Basic Salary £36,000 - £40,000!

Monday to Friday 7am-4:30pm!

Take full control of a busy workshop’s administration in a role built for an experienced automotive administrator. This position is entirely back-office focused, managing workshop and mobile technician bookings, invoicing, and warranty processes with zero customer interaction, giving you the space to do what you do best in a fast-moving fleet maintenance environment.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Managing all job bookings for the workshop and mobile technicians
• Processing invoices and maintaining accurate job records
• Handling all warranty administration and submissions
• Acting as the sole administrator for the site
• Supporting technicians with accurate, efficient documentation

 

Requirements

 

• Proven automotive or fleet administration experience
• Confident working independently as a one-person department
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience with invoicing and warranty processes

 

Salary and Benefits

 

• £36,000 – £40,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:30pm
