About the Role
I am looking for an Experienced Production Operator to join this growing company at a really exciting time for the business. As part of this wonderful team, you will play a part in increasing manufacturing output. Attention to detail is a must for this one along with previous experience in a production environment ideally having used a combination of fully automated and semi-automated high precision assembly equipment as well as working with small, delicate components. You will need to use tweezers and microscopes so good dexterity is also required. On a day to day basis, you will set up and operate the manufacturing stations in line with standard operating procedures. You will also need to accurately record product details and monitor production performance working closely with members of the Engineering and Quality Teams.
