Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support day-to-day technical operations of an autonomous vehicle fleet.
- Utilize Unix command line environments daily to troubleshoot and manage systems.
- Perform hands-on vehicle readiness checks, including basic cable reconnections.
- Manage and organize multiple service requests via ticketing systems like Jira.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with the team using Slack.
- Assist with occasional vehicle movement within the garage facility.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in technical and operations support.
- Proficiency with Unix commands and utilities.
- Direct experience using Slack and Jira for workflow management.
- Proven ability to stay organized while handling parallel requests.
- Valid driver’s license held for a minimum of 3 years.
Compensation & Scheduling
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Five-day work week Monday - Friday
