<p>We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join our established Healthcare organization located in Hartford CT. You would be working for an organization that has been providing various types of treatment services to patients through our walks of life for over 30 years. We have multiple departments included but not limited to Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, Primary Care, and Women’s Health. Our primary focus is to provide the highest quality care to the patients that need it most. You would be working alongside a group of RN’s that have been working with the organization for many years. We have a very low turnover rate of employees and are excited for growing our organization in the future years. This opportunity would be a full time permanent job with full benefits. <p>Title: Registered Nurse (RN)<br />
Location: Hartford CT<br />
Salary: $72,000 to $106,000<br />
Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental Vision, 401k with a match, PTO, Paid Holidays Off, Vacation, Sick Leave, Short Term and Long Term Disability</p>
<p>Responsibilities:<br />
Administering medication prescribed by doctors<br />
Working closely with clinical team and adhering to company guidelines<br />
Triaging patients via telephone or in person<br />
Communicating and analyzing information including imaging and lab tests<br />
Prepare rooms for patients with supplies and equipment<br />
Interacting with physicians on patient health history<br />
Updating patient records in EMR system<br />
Working closely with Nurse Manager for stocking medication<br />
Involved in cared coordination of patients<br />
Assisted with some prior authorizations when needed</p>
<p>Requirements:<br />
Associates Degree of Nursing<br />
Active Connecticut Registered Nurse license<br />
BLS<br />

Strong communication skills </p>
