What you will do:
Deliver high-quality diabetic wound care and implement effective foot protection strategies.
Perform routine podiatric assessments and treatments aligned with Band 6 competencies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and deliver patient-centred care plans.
Educate patients on foot care and management of diabetes-related foot issues.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes for audits and continuity of care.
