As part of our continued growth and expansion in the Romanian market, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to join our team and coordinate the successful delivery of IT projects that support innovative payment and digital solutions. 🚀
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, from initiation and planning to implementation and closure;
- Coordinate project activities, resources, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes;
- Build and maintain effective collaboration between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners;
- Prepare and maintain project plans, documentation, risk registers, budgets, and status reports;
- Facilitate project governance meetings, including Kick-off Meetings, Sprint Planning sessions, Steering Committees, and project reviews;
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation actions when needed;
- Manage project scope, priorities, dependencies, and change requests throughout the delivery process;
- Ensure high-quality project documentation, procedures, workflows, and business analyses;
- Coordinate testing activities, including QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate project deliverables;
- Lead implementation, Go-Live, Hypercare, and transition-to-support activities;
- Provide regular project updates and recommendations to management and key stakeholders;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT Project Management;
- Experience delivering software development, implementation, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects;
- Good understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, infrastructure, and IT security concepts;
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies;
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Postman, Git, Figma, or similar collaboration and project management tools;
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills;
- Excellent planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities;
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities;
- Advanced English communication skills (B2–C1);
- University degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or ITIL certifications;
- Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or software product companies;
- Exposure to customer-facing implementation projects and vendor management activities.
