Overview:
The Senior Estimator will be responsible for leading the estimating and preconstruction process for complex industrial demolition, decommissioning, dismantling, environmental remediation, and site redevelopment projects. This position plays a critical role in securing profitable projects while ensuring accurate pricing, risk management, and successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Preparation of Detailed Cost Estimates For Industrial Demolition and Decommissioning Projects Nationwide
- Develop Means and Methods in Collaboration with Operations Team
- Evaluate Opportunities for Salvage, Recycling, and Asset Recovery
- Mentor Jr. Estimators & Provide Guidance on Estimating Procedures
- Support Negotiation Efforts and Value-Engineering Discussions
Qualifications:
- 10+ Years of Estimating Experience in Industrial Demolition Setting
- Ability to Interpret Drawings, Specifications, and Contract Documents
- Experience with Environmental Remediation and Hazardous Material Abatement Projects – Knowledge of OSHA & EPA Regulations
- Proficiency with Estimating Software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Time Management and Deadline-Driven
- Ability to Travel
