Job Description
  • Facilitate conversations with Acute Care Leaders to implement pharmacy strategic priorities and goals.
  • Provide oversight to improve inpatient operational performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Establish relationships with pharmacy leadership to evaluate deployment of processes for quality assurance.
  • Manage development and implementation of pharmacy supervisory personnel services and functions.
  • Oversee drug education and training efforts to impact patient compliance and provider practices.
  • Monitor services compliance with state and federal laws and regulatory standards.

Education/Licenses Needed
  • Doctorate of Pharmacy or equivalent degree.
