Why Join Us?Competitive pay based on experience levelShift premium for 2nd and 3rd shiftsAll shifts availableTemp-to-hire opportunity with long-term stabilityWork with advanced robotics, PLC networks, CNC systems, and automationBe part of a safety-focused, reliability-driven maintenance team Core Responsibilities (All Levels)Operate mobile CMMS device for reactive and preventive maintenance assignmentsTroubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems on production equipmentRead and interpret electrical drawings and schematicsPerform electrical preventive maintenance (wire harnesses, filters, cable management)Comply with ARC flash regulations and all electrical safety standardsSupport Root Cause Analysis (RCA) initiativesProvide input for preventive maintenance reviews and machine reliability improvementsCollaborate with management, team members, and outside vendorsPerform all duties safely and professionally Level-Based Technical ExpectationsLevel I – Foundational Industrial ElectricianMinimum 3 years verified industrial electrical experienceStrong troubleshooting skills with automated equipmentUnderstanding of conveyors, automation, and machine mechanicsPLC and CNC familiarityMust meet state electrical requirements Level II – Advanced ElectricianMinimum 5 years verified industrial electrical experience (3+ years considered with strong proficiency)Troubleshoot PLC communication protocols (Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet)Diagnose CNC control systemsInstall and troubleshoot light curtains and machine safety systemsPerform robotics functions (homing, pendant navigation, editing touch points, save/restore programs)Support pyrometry processes and furnace operationsTrain and mentor junior electricians Level III – Senior / Expert Electrician8+ years verified industrial electrical experience preferred (6+ considered with full proficiency)Advanced PLC troubleshooting including ladder logic review (Allen Bradley & Siemens)Experience with Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, ControlNet, ASI Bus networksComplete robot recovery procedures (Fanuc experience preferred)Install and program laser distance sensorsPerform predictive maintenance using infrared, ultrasonic, and vibration analysis toolsLead complex troubleshooting and mentor maintenance team membersJourneyman certification preferred What We’ re Looking For (All Levels)Strong troubleshooting ability in automated manufacturing environmentsExperience with robotics, CNC systems, automation, and mechanical functionalityUp-to-date technical training on modern equipmentMust have own tools (excluding specialty tools)Ability to lift up to 50 poundsComfortable working in moderate to high noise manufacturing environmentsManufacturing experienceAutomotive industry experiencePreferred QualificationsJourneyman certification (Level III preferred)German and/or Spanish language skills
