Pertemps Southampton are looking for a Evening HGV Class 1 Shunter to start a permanent contract with our Client in Totton ASAP!<br><br>You will be responsible for manoeuvring trailers around the yard and reversing into the warehouse at the end of the night as well as helping load trailers and strapping loads. <br><br>Drivers will also be using a Forklift Counterbalance to load vehicles. Training for counterbalance can be provided. <br><br>£40,000 p.a. PAYE<br>16:00pm – 01:00am<br>5 shifts per Sun/Mo/Tues/Wed/Thurs<br> <br> Role requires Candidates to have a base line of physical fitness due to the manual handling when not driving. <br><br>All Candidates must have:<br>- Valid UK Driving Licence (Max. 6pts)<br>- Valid HGV Class 1 Qualification (6 months experience desired)<br>- Forklift Counterbalance (desired, but training can be provided)<br>- Valid CPC/Digi Tacho<br>- Safety Boots & High Vis <br> <br><br>If this is the role is for you then please do not hesitate to apply now or contact us TODAY!<br><br>Let's work together...
