Job Description

Key responsibilities include:
✅ Occupational health case management
✅ Wellbeing programme development and delivery
✅ Mental health and CARE+ support
✅ Health surveillance and screening programmes
✅ First aider programme management
✅ Occupational health policy, compliance, and continuous improvement
✅ Partnership with HR, HSE, managers, and external providers

The Successful Applicant

What we're looking for:
🔹 NMC Registered Nurse
🔹 Foundation Degree in Nursing (minimum)
🔹 2+ years' occupational health experience
🔹 Strong case management and stakeholder engagement skills
🔹 Passion for wellbeing and employee health

• Salary up to £65k dependent on the level of experience.
• 10% performance-based bonus.
• Opportunity for 10-25% travel as part of the role.
