It's developing from concept kitchen stage right through to launch, along with the background work in supplier chasing, writing up/making tweaks to recipes, trialling new ingredients, and retailer interaction. On-site 5 days per week in Kent, You could either work 8AM - 4PM, or 9AM - 5PM. £50,000 - £55,000 pro rata, for 6 months.
